Yes! We ship worldwide 🌍
(There are only a few exceptions where we cannot deliver)
Shipping times may vary depending on your location. If you’re unsure about your location, please reach out to us and we’ll be happy to help. but we’ll always make sure your order arrives safe and sweet.
3. How long does shipping take?
Orders are usually processed within 2–4 business days.
（Please note that handmade items may take a bit more time to prepare — usually around 3–7 business days）
Delivery within Canada or the U.S. typically takes 3–7 business days, and international orders may take a little longer depending on customs.
***We also recommend placing your order early during busy holiday seasons, as shipping times can be unpredictable and may take longer than usual***
4. Can I return or exchange an item?
We want you to be 100% happy with your purchase!
If something isn’t quite right or if you have any questions or concerns about your order, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We’re always happy to help and will do our best to make it right.
Exchanges, replacements, or store credit may be available depending on the situation.
Please note that returns are only accepted for damaged or incorrect items.
